How To Install WampServer On Windows 7

What is Wamp Server ?

Wamp Server is (Window,Apache,Mysql, PHP) Who run PHP Script Language File and execute your Php script on your Bowser. Wamp is all in one package which installs the basic programs.
Installation of Wamp Server Step by Step
Let’s start from Scratch to build PHP environment on window 7-bit operating system (if your operating system is 64 bit then you have to download wamp server 64 bit).

Wamp Server Download:

Please download Wamp server from official site Wamp Server 2.1.
Step 1 :
You will find two option for the selection of wamp server or your window 7 after clicking on download tab at the navigation of wamp server Official Site .
Wamp Server Download (32 Bits )(only for 32 Bits operating system)
Wamp Server Download (64 Bits )(only for 64 Bits operating system)

Download Wamp Server
Step 2:
Choose your Wam Server 3.1 Version And click on Start download


Step 3:
After download of Wamp Server 3.0. check your download location where u saved download file .

Step 4:
This is time to install Wamp Server On our windows. your will receive a security warning after open Wamp server file.


Step 5:
Your will see a setup wizard after click Run button on security warning Dialog.

Step 6:
You Have to agree with the License check box of wamp server before selection of installation at your window.

Step 7:
This is a very important step of wamp server installation . this is asking to you where you want to install wamp server where you want to put your wamp server file .you can install in other drives too if you want to install in other drives.
Select your drive folder and click next.

Step 8 :
When you click on the Next button then a Select Additional Tasks dialog will appear on your screen, if you would like setup to perform while installing WampServer 3.0. You can check following options,
• Create a Quick Launch icon
• Create a Desktop icon

Step 9 :
Setup is now ready to begin installing WampServer 3.0 on your computer. Click on Install button to start the installation of WampServer 3.0.

Step 10 :
Now your WampServer is starting to install in your computer.

WampServer installation has completed now and setup will guide you for Apache configurations in the next steps.
You will notice a “Windows Firewall” standard dialog while configuring Apache by WampServer. (You may not observe this if your windows firewall is not active). Click on “Allow Access” by leaving default options as such to proceed for PHP mail parameters.

After allowing access to Apache server, you are at SMTP server configuration dialog. You can specify the SMTP server and the address mail to be used by PHP when using the function mail(). I will recommend the following values,
• SMTP: localhost
• Email: Your email address .
Click “Next” after putting the above values for the installation final dialog.
Step 14:
You have successfully installed WampServer 3.0 along with Apache, MySql, PHP, phpMyAdmin at your computer.
Click “Finish” to start WampServer along with other services. Leave “Launch WampServer 3 now” checkbox checked to start WampServer automatically after installation.

Step 15:
Now you can see WampServer icon on the taskbar. WampServer icon has three states.
• Red
• Yellow
• Green
Step 16:
When Wamp server icon become green Wamp Server is working normally along with all services and your development server is ready to use. If wamp server is yellow that means Wamp server have some issue. And red icon means Wamp Server, not Running .Wamp server is offline.
Step 17 :
It is time to test our WampServer with the installed services of Apache, PHP, MySql and phpMyAdmin. Please follow the steps to test WampServer at Windows 7.
• Be sure, WampServer icon is green at taskbar
• Open your favorite browser
• Type, OR http://localhost/
• Hit Enter
Step 18 :
You can launch phpMyAdmin console by one of the following means,
• Click on PHPMyAdmin link on WampServer welcome screen
• Type: OR http://localhost/phpmyadmin/ in the browser address bar
• Hit Enter
Step 19 :
Here is your wamp server File there you need to put your Php Files Or project Folder.
